Oh Danny, this was a delightful essay and it brought memories flooding back about adventures with my Old English Sheepdog squeezed in the back of my Triumph Spitfire, hood down and both our long manes of hair flying in the wind. And the collage/drawing for the essay is priceless. I’m still smiling! Thank you
Back in the 1980's the textbook publisher HBJ, bought SeaWorld, no idea why, but they did. There was lots of land in Florida, and they built a nice new headquarters building, and offered hundreds of people in thier New York city office transfers. Most of them turned the offer down. Where they were at in Orlando you had to have a car, and most of them didn't drive.
Great post, as always, Danny. Thank you. You're so full of inspiration when I'm feeling down. This week my wife, Margaret, was finally diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease. It didn't come as a shock as her memory has been bad for the past six months and more. But to finally have it categorised means I can get more help.
Anyway, the pet drawing thing sounds good. I'll watch out for your Saturday morning thing, though it will probably be afternoon here in the UK. Thanks again, keep up the wonderful stuff you do.

Such a delightful story! I enjoyed being able to visualize you and all your various modes of transportation.
Thank you for sharing this story and bringing a smile to my day, Danny!

This sounds fun! Which part of the city you enjoyed most when driving? 😀
